Complaints, Compliments & Feedback
Compliments, suggestions and any feedback can be given to your Assessor who will forward it to the appropriate member of staff. In addition, all learners are given the opportunity to feedback during their course. The data gathered from this is collated and comments and ideas discussed with management and where possible, improvements made to the service you receive. We welcome any feedback on the experience you have with us. If you have a complaint about your training, in the first instance, speak to your Assessor. All complaints will be handled promptly, efficiently and courteously, in the strictest confidence. You will receive an initial response informing you that we have received your complaint and we will look into your complaint as soon as we can.
