As a student, you are a valued customer of the college and you have the right to complain if you are not happy with any of the services we provide.

If you have a problem, please talk to your Personal Tutor so that he or she can try to help to resolve things for you.

We’d also like to hear positive feedback from you if you feel we’ve done a good job.
