Good luck to the Hospitality and Catering staff and students at Hafod who are taking part in the Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham’s third year annual food challenge on the theme ‘Year of the Sea’.

The challenge is held between 15th of January and 11th February, Hafod are serving the special Surf & Turf, using Llysfasi lamb, hoping to please the judges to secure a place in the final on the 16th of February, where the three highest scoring business will participate in a cook off to win the trophy.
